We are an affiliate and lead generation service. We do not provide the gutter services ourselves. Any agreement for services is strictly between you and the service provider.

We make no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding the skills or representations of such service professionals or the quality of the job that he or she may perform for you if you elect to retain their services. We do not endorse or recommend the services of any particular service professional.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree that you are responsible for evaluating the service provider's qualifications, and for entering into a direct contract or agreement with the provider. We do not guarantee or warrant any service professional's performance on the job or the outcome or quality of the services performed.

In no event shall Maverick Ventures Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
